Sometimes PMPs do take prep classes, such as when they're learning the material to either update their skills or to prepare to teach it themselves. However if you are not a PMP but are using the prep class to prepare for the exam then you would count the hours as contact hours on your application. Hours earned prior to becoming a PMP cannot be applied retroactively

Re: How to report PDUs

you can't report PDUs for PMP Prep classes (as shown on your example)

Re: July 2012 AM on PM – Cost Management

How was St John Fisher College as the venue?

Re: Our June 5th Open House celebrating our move to The Piano Works Mall

How many of you would be interested in another Open House towards the end of the summer?

Re: Consensus can be counterproductive; make the decision!

Very good reminder. Consensus is almost always an excuse for dithering, I would rather one of my leads (they often are project managers in all but name) make the WRONG decision than no decision, it will take less time and money to correct, than trying to achieve agreement would.

The old, very old, maxim from the military is "A Council of War is a Coward".

D. While consensus can be a great attribute to a decision, it can slow down results. Being a leader or manager means making decisions when they need to be made - glad to see you made that distinction. Looking forward to more posts.

Re: Wegman&#039s Customer Service and Loyalty

Great story. Danny is indeed a great man...because of the "tracking" last year and this year Danny rewarded us with a Christmas card that contained a gift card and several coupons for free Wegman's items. The value each time was well over $100. We thought it was great customer service and loyalty on behalf of Wegmans!
